Crew,

Now, that we have our own forum, just wondering what´s the future of the TCA list via email...
Questions should be posted here? Or in the list? Question
Just in case, I´d rather use forum format, since it has more resources, like post pics and so on. Smile
If memory serves, we had a hot debate some years ago in the list about if would be good we have a forum or not, remember? Tongue

I think it is planned to make a gradual migration to the forum, thus slowly phasing out the not very reliable yahoo service.

at least I would be in favor of such a move.

PS email is on its way.

Karl is correct although no final decision has been made on closing the list yet. It may be that we won't close it but keep it in reserve.

We, will once I get back to the UK and do a site update, open the forum up to wider use and expect most if not all activity to be here.

Also we are hoping to add a daily summary sent to email (like the Yahoo list) as an option in the future.

Hi Jack,

A daily summary would be nice, especially if it can have links so I can reply to a particular subject with a single click. Without that, a TCA forum will soon be a place I can perfectly do without, simply because I don't have the time to walk to the TCA news stand every day.

That's not because I don't like the news stand itself, but because I already have a list of sites that I have to visit to keep up with things. More sites means less visits to each one of them.

cheers,

Enno
