AI traffic manager - rodrigo - 04-25-2008

Crew

Things on Project AI ( http://www.projectai.com/ ) looks very slow lately. On the other hand World of AI (http://www.world-of-ai.com/) is getting more and more efficient to provide AI traffic for FS. I´d like to change to WOAI, however I have thousands of files from PAI and I want to avoid duplicate airlines. So, what AI traffic manager do you use to exclude AI traffic? Thanks

HI, Crew:
I'd be interested in knowing more about what everyone is using. I'm using Ultimate Traffic, but it's not all that great in some of the smaller airports we fly in. What's the word on World Of AI? Or any of the others out there?
Cheers,
Scott

Hi Scott,

I was using MyTraffic for years along with custom sets done with TT Tools and models from AI Aardvark and all th other well known developers.
But since my new install of FS9 I have completely switched over to World of AI and the payware package from HTAI for his single engine Cessnas.

But to create/install traffic in the Caribbean, especially on smaller airfields, you have to do it by hand or search the well known libraries. But it maybe is worth the effort.

Once I will have my Flight Sim PC back I will install the great packages form WoAI along with other freeware I can get a hold on...

Thanks, Christian:
The reason I asked in the first place is because I flew into Vancouver [CYVR] on the weekend and noticed there were no Westjet flights anywhere. Since it's the second biggest carrier in Canada it seemed there was something lacking in Ultimate Traffic.
So I checked WOAI which does have Westjet. But it doesn't have a package for Air Canada, which is by far my country's largest airline.
Then I checked the UT website and found an update, installed it, and there was Westjet. Now I'm happy.
For now.
Cheers,
Scott
