The flight took me over the Atacama desert to the coast

Amtofagasta is on the peninsula ahead

Time to relax on the beach for a few hours!!

Next day I continued with leg 29 to Santiago Los Cerrilos (SCTI) in an aircraft I'd forgotten I had! I found thids on a backup drive - the Skysim Mirage, in this case a Pantera CN..

After an hour, Los Cerillos came into sight

This is a tricky beast to land, with an approach speed of 185 knots and touchdown at 170!!

after parking i went to visit the museum at the airfield and guess what I found?

Very nice pictures once more and some very interesting aircrafts on these legs. Two classic military jets. I am glad you found the Mirage derivate on your backup driveDance3
