I have completely overhauled TNCC and SVMI for XPlane 12.
Can be downloaded here (and should make it into a future version of XP, maybe even 12.06 or 12.07):

X-Plane Scenery Gateway (SVMI, this also enables the "new" runway system, was developed with help from some locals who provided valuable feedback)
I've also done several dozen smaller fields in Venezuela, Colombia, and Guyana, as well as ALL fields in the Bahamas and quite a few elsewhere around the world (going on 250 and counting).
