This was the last MP-Session before we will take the break for the Iditarod and Easter Season. I don't know whether it was a sign, but Pär and I ran into some problems regarding taking pictures. I was not able to take pictures of the beginning, neither was Pär. Later in the flight it was possible again. Ok, that might not be quite correct, as i was able to take pictures, but only in windowed mode and not in full screen as I used to since quite some time...
Later on everything was back to 'normal', for whatever reason.
Ok, here is a picture which I was able to take. Pär and I are flying a very nice formation now. I think I was displayed on his system as a cruise ship. We will hopefully see the evidence.
The next picture also shows Vic flying in his J-41 also not too far away.
This looks like our first touch and go: Puerto Bolivar (SKPB).
All in all we had very nice weather for flying, although someone might like the sky without clouds, but here they appear like the salt in the soup.
Closing in to Stefaan in his Cessna 441 (displayed as a 402).
Stefaan watch out for the terrain!
The route seemed well planned by Pär. A little bit more to the left and the clouds would be out of granite.
Arrival to Cartagena. Stefaan is flying the left downwind to RWY 01 as did Vic and I flew the right downwind approach and ended up behind Vic - very close.
After a successful landing we all joined on the ramp. Pär is missing as his computer problems led him to a reboot of his system(s) and he didn't make it in time to join us on the ramp.
Ok, as I already said earlier we will take a break now for the Iditarod and will be back into the air and continuing from Cartagena on April 10 with MP010
I hope to see you all after the break in really fresh shape.
