WILCO/FeelThere CRJ200 for FS9

First of all let me say this, I love this plane! But there's a hitch. I can't start the engines with the sequence listed in the accompanying manuals. Not in 2D nor in Virtual. It will start with CTRL E. Anyone else have a similar problem? I looked at the WILCO support page but you can't access FS2004 AC on it. Any ideas?
