The glasses with these colourful liquids keep standing there from the morning till night just for decoration, so it's probably water with some ink in it.
On the shelf in the background on the right side you can see a bottle with a blue and white label. The name of the brand is "BRUGAL". They are producing rum which is rather common in the Dominican Republic. Later on when I ordered a "Marg" at this bar I saw that "BRUGAL" even sold Tequila under its brand. Moreover they saved a lot of Dominican pesos by not importing Tequila from Mexico, Wodka from Russia, Genever from the Netherlands, Brandy from France, Whisky from Scotland and Blue Curacao from Curacao, because they are producing all the stuff themselves.
