Thank you, but I obviously found the culprit. It was of the sceneries i had recently installed: Beijing, New Delhi and Victorville from FRF-Studios. I have de-activated ZBAA and the problem was gone. Not a good solution as this would be the first destination
I re-activated it again and de-activated Victorville and it also helped. Now I have rearranged the scenery files a little bit and have all files activated and so far no problems. So the flight can depart again tomorrow - hopefully.
