roster?

can you help me out here ?
how many pilots are flying for Tradewind ?

and is there somewhere a roster of flying pilots?

is there a career path with ranks here ?

I dont see any of those here

I'm not sure, but I think about 500 pilots are flying for TCA. Maybe not all pilots are active.

About career, you are always the captain, the boss, what you want.

And the roster.
First log in to the OFR (http://www.tradewind.org/ofr), it doesn't work, if you dont log in.
Then enter http://www.tradewind.org/ofr/top200.php to see the best 200 pilots. OK, I'm number seven. Not bad, he.
Enter http://www.tradewind.org/ofr/top200.php?pot=2017-05 for the actual month, to see, what our pilots flew this month. Change year and month for the actual date.

Thanks Freddy , i looked at those numbers and now
i have a much better idea about the structure of the organisation .

I really enjoy flying here and i will continue to do so .

Good thing about TCA, there's no pressure to fly a minimum number of flights or hours every month or get kicked out.
I tend to take extensive breaks from flight sim, followed by binging on it for a few months :)
